for your holiday at the Johanneshof

Useful information

The rates are for 2 persons per day, minimum stay 4 nights.
The mandatory *tourist tax of 1,90 € per person and day (aged 14 and older) is not included in the rate and will be billed as a separate item on the guest’s invoice and directly forwarded to the municipality.
Every extra person aged 6 years and older: surcharge of € 18,00
On demand: breakfast buffet in our hotel € 20,00 for adults, € 9,00 for children (aged 4-10)
On demand weekly cleaning € 25,00 to € 30,00
From 1 to 4 days surcharge 30%.
Arrival and departure:
On arrival day your apartment will be available from 2 p.m.
On departure we please you to leave the apartment until 10 a.m. Please let us know in advance if your arrival is set after 7 p.m.
On Sundays and on legal holidays arrivals have to be set before 12 a.m. and after 5 p.m.
Reservation formalities:
Although you have made your reservation by phone, we please you to confirm your booking in written form.
In order to confirm your reservation we request a deposit of 30% of the booked arrangement. You can pay the deposit comfortably online »
We will credit the net amount deducting possible bank charges to your invoice at the moment of payment.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations 2 weeks prior arrival are not charge with any penalty
Between 14 and 7 days prior arrival: 30% of the booking
In the 7 days prior arrival: 70% of the booking
In case of late arrival, early departure and no-show, there will be charged 100%.

Cancellation insurance

Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With our trip cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by the Europäische Reiseversicherung’s travel insurance.
